for development comprising a scheme of 197 no. dwelling units, a creche, 16. no. serviced residential sites, 381 car parking spaces and all associated landscaping and site accommodation works including the installation of 2. no new vehicular accesses. The subject lands are located approximately 1.5 km from Cavan Town centre and immediately north of the Cavan General Hospital complex. The subject site measures approximately 11.76 hectares (29.059 acres).
