Development Description: | for development comprising of the following: •Replacement of stone wall at the north corner of the junction of L-8104-22 and L-81043-0 county roads, and along the north eastern edge of the L-81043-0 county road, with a new recessed stone wall, together with the installation of a new footpath and public lighting. This part of the site is located within the curtilage of Protected Structures, namely (RPS No.’s 230 & 242), •a public playground area complete with associated play equipment, •a looped amenity walkway throughout the site and connectivity to existing amenity walkways at Rinville Park. •3 no. grassed playing pitches (pitches no. 1,2, & 4), •1 no. all weather synthetic playing pitch (pitch no.3), 3 no. warm up/training areas, •site lighting, together with 6 no. 21m high floodlighting masts to both pitches 2 & 3 (12 no. masts in total), with an average spread of 500 lux at pitch level, •Retractable netting system (30m long x 15m high) behind each goal of the 4 no. playing pitches, •A covered terrace for standing/seating to pitch no. 1, •a single storey machinery building, •a single storey Toilet Block, •a hurling wall, •Car parking for circa 234 no. car spaces, 6 no. coach spaces and provision for internal access roads, •Provision of 184 no. bicycle parking spaces, •a vehicular and pedestrian access onto the L-81043-0 Local road, to the south of the site, to serve the proposed development and to provide for revised access to serve the existing public car parks, •a vehicular access road to serve the proposed machinery shed onto the L-451015-0 local road, to the north of the site, •all associated perimeter fencing to pitches and boundary treatments to site, landscaping, site drainage works and all associated site works and services, •a proprietary foul treatment plant complete with percolation area/polishing filter.
