(e) Provision of electric vehicle charge points with associated site infrastructure ducting to provide charge points for residents throughout the site. (f) Creation of a new access road as an extension from the existing Bun na Coille Estate with associated works to include for a connections to the existing road and footpath network. (g) The provision of associated retaining walls along the eastern and northern boundaries to include for associated fencing. (h) Provision of internal access roads and footpaths and associated works.
