the construction of 2 No. single storey dwellings on family land with individual O'Reilly/Oakstown Wastewater Secondary Treatment Systems, a new shared entrance (with the existing family home entrance), a new shared driveway to the houses and all associated/ancillary works
the erection of a dwelling, the installation of an O'Reilly/Oakstown Secondary Wastewater Treatment System, the use of an existing vehicular entrance and driveway which already serves the Madigan family home to access the new house (along with the provision of a connection between this driveway and the site of the new building) and all associated/ancillary site works including landscaping and the provision of services

The proposed development would conflict with a sterilization agreement which was entered into pursuant to condition 16 of planning permission ref. no. 00/126 (which required that the site, along with adjacent land, be sterilized from future residential development). The present application seeks to vary this stipulation so as to allow the proposed development to proceed. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of 1. a revised description of the development which now reads as follows: The erection of a dwelling, The installation of an O'Reilly/Oakstown Secondary Wastewater Treatment System, the use of an existing vehicular entrance and driveway which already serves the Madigan family home access the new house (along with the provision of a connection between this driveway and the site of the new building) and all associated/ancillary site works including landscaping and the provision of services. The proposed development would conflict with a sterilisation agreement which was entered into pursuant to condition 16 of the planning permission Ref. No.00/13 (which required that the site, along with adjacent land, be sterilised from future residential development and the present application seeks to amend condition 16 of permission Ref. No. 00/126 so as to allow the proposed development to proceed; 2. The submission of personal documents which show the applicant's residency in this area over a period of greater than 12 years; 3. The submision of a landscaping plan and 4. The re-opening of a trial hole (percolation test) so that it can be inspected by the Planning Authority. All
