The retention of the height of the building as constructed, for use as a restaurant premises which was previously granted permission under planning reference numbers 042820 and 062691, for the retention of additional windows at 2nd floor level and the permission development will consist of proposed revisions to the façade of the building to incorporate vertical slating at 2nd floor level.
To retain extension to licensed premises incorporating kitchen, stores, extension to bar/restaurant on ground floor and restaurant,toilet block and stores on first floor, also car parking with access from Main Street to car park, alterations etc.
