the change of use of the existing two storey and part single storey commercial building to a two storey and part single storey residential building consisting of 12 no. apartments as follows 4no. one-bed ground floor apartments; 4no. one-bed first floor apartments; 3no.two-bed ground floor apartments and 1no. two-bed first floor apartment together with the provision of all associated & ancillary site works, private and public open space, boundary treatments and landscaping works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of a reduction in the number of apartments from 12 no. to 10 no. units by reducing the number of ground floor apartments from seven dwellings to five dwellings by combining the previously proposed apartments no.'s 4&6 (both single bed units) into a 3-bed apartment and combining apartments no.'s 5&7 (both single bed units) into a 2-bed apartment along with a revised site layout indicating all associated & ancillary siteworks, private and public open space, boundary treatments and landscaping works
