Extension of duration 07/1211. Development consisting of change use and all associated site works for building no's 8.1,8.2,8.3 & 7.5(c) and the omission of building no 8.4 and its replacement with 10 no.residential units which formed part of the neighbourhood centre.
The development will consist of the provision of a managed car park (with shuttle bus service ) accommodating 345 no. spaces on a site of c.0.94 hectares. The development also includes works to the existing vehicular access (off the R415), the provision of a bus shelter with the associated set down area, boundary fencing, signage, lighting and all associated site services, landscaping, site works and alterations to site levels.
For permission and retention permission for a temporary period of three years for development at R415 (Nurney Road) Greyabbey Townland, Kildare Town, Co Kildare. The development will consist of: i) permission for the continuation of use of a managed car park (with shuttle bus service) accommodating 345 no. spaces, boundary fencing, lighting, landscaping and all associated site services and site works on a site of c0.9 hectares and permission for the relocation of the bus shelter with associated set down area and sign (all perviously permitted under Reg. Ref. No. 19/78); and ii) retention permission for the relocated vehicular entrance for the car park off the internal access road (from the roundabout on the R415).
