modifications to previously permitted KCC Reg. Ref. 16/1117 / ABP Ref. PL09.249006 for development at a site of c.12.56ha. The modifications affect Areas A, B, C and D. Area A is located to the east of the subject lands bounding the residential development Bán Na Gréinne on a site area of c.0.1066ha and Area B is located to the south west of the subject lands bounding the R411 Ballymore Eustace Road on a site area of c.0.0699ha. Area C is located to the west of the subject lands within the proposed parklands and bounding the R411 on a site area of c.0.0098ha. Area D is located to the east of the proposed parklands on a site area of c.0.0028ha. Permission is sought in Area A to (a) replace 4 no. 3-bed dormer terraced units and associated car parking (House Type H c.116.7sqm) with 3 no. 2-bed dormer terraced units (House Type H1 c.97.7sqm) with 2 no. car parking spaces per unit (6 car parking spaces in total) and (b) relocate and replace a two pole ESB structure with a three pole ESB structure along with the associated underground 38 KVA cable as per planning condition 9 of the ABP PL 09.249006.
