the construction of an administration office and manufacturing industrial units all housed within four new buildings on site to include the following, 1) A two storey building containing admin and staff facilities, 2) A two storey building containing staff facilities, parts storage, articulated lorry trailers service area and a related innovation centre, 3) A single storey building for the manufacturing of articulated lorry trailers, 4) A two storey building containing an interactive space for clients/customers of Dennison Trailers and 5) foul water pumping station, surface water attenuation system and all ancillary site development works
