The proposed works also include modification of permitted entrance area design subject of planning reference no. 05/2209 dated 09/11/05 by replacing lifting barriers with 2m high automated security barriers and all associated ancillary site works. This application consists of a minor variation to the previously permitted development of an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 and 2003 is required.
