Development Description: Planning Permission sought for (1) the removal of two existing ten metre high light poles and existing luminaries in the middle of and between existing courts 9 and 10, and courts 10 and 11, the removal of two existing ten metre high light poles located along the fence between court 11 and the car park and the re-location of same to the outside corners of court 11, replacing luminaries to the 8 no. light ples covering these 3 existing courts, and (11) an Airhall - an air supported structure and associated fan units - which will have a maximum height of nine metres and will cover an area of 1863 sq.m. The structure is to be erected annually in September/October and taken down and stored on site in March/April, and (iii) new shed for the storage of the airhall and attachments during periods when not in use, with an area of 25.62 sq.m, and (iv) removal of and replacement of existing 2.4 metre and 1.8 metre high fencing to south and west of courts 9, 10, 11, with new 3 metre high fence, design to match existing, relocation of existing 3 metre high fence to north of courts 9, 10, and 11 to 1 metre north of its present location. Permission is also sought for all site development works, drainage, paths and electrical infrastructure. The site is approximately 1.58 hectares and is surrounded by housing estates Greenaun, Monread and Ashgrove with a single access from Greenaun all at existing Naas Lawn Tennis Club
