Development Description: for installed replacement signage and a permission for proposed secondary entrance revisions development at Pfizer. The development will consist of the retention of 4 no. company signs erected to replace exisiting due to the transfer of company ownership from Wyeth Medica Ireland to Pfizer. These signs are located on building 3, North East elevations, building 1A, North West elevation ( on the main reception canopy), at the main site entrance, Greatconnell Road, west of the security building and at the side boundary to the North of the site entrance. Works also include the replacement of 43 liner meters approximate run of existing 1.2m high wire mesh boundary fencing along the boundary of fencing along the boundary of R445 road at North East corner of site wire 2.5 m high weldmesh type fencing to match existing and the erection of a new sign 1.1m high located at the secondary entrance. The proposed works include replacement of existing low level gates with 2.5m high gates and all associated ancillary site works. This application consists of minor variation to the previously permitted development of an activity for which a licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 and 2003 is required.
