(1) A front porch extending 1.625m out from the front of the house and 2.150m in length. (2) A single storey extension to the side which comes forward of the front building line to match with the proposed porch. (3) A single storey extension to the rear. (4) To widen the entrance and lay extra cobble lock to allow for a second car. (5) Alterations and upgrades to the existing ground floor layout. The existing ground floor area is equal to 42.27sqm. The proposed porch will add 3.12sqm. The proposed side extension will add 45sqm. The proposed rear extension will add 19.53sqm. The new ground floor area will be 109.92sqm. All of the above

Internal layout has been altered. Rear Extension: The length of the extension has been increased from 6.250m to 7.250m. The large patio door has been replaced with a single door and a single window.
