Modifications to a previously permitted residential development granted under Reg. Ref. 16/1227. The proposed development consists of a change of house type from 2 no. permitted 2 bed mid-terrace houses ( House Type D) & permitted 3 bed end- terrace (House Type C) to 2 no. proposed 2 bed mid- terrace houses ( House Type D ) & 2 no. proposed 3 bed end- terrace houses ( House Type C).
