(1) Develop a basement under the rear section of my house by lowering the existing void under the suspended concrete floor to give a floor to ceiling height of 2.4m. (2) Lower the level of the existing rear garden to allow for the basement construction. (3) Construct a rear extension at the new basement level that will project out from the main house by 2.1m.
