Alterations to plans comprise of the following: (1) Removal of first floor element as granted and to retain minor alterations to ground floor extension; (2) Keep existing sun lounge in lieu of demolition; (3) Keep existing front porch and retain minor alterations to its roof; (4) Keep existing windows; (5) Retain minor alterations to outbuildings including external access stairs to lofted domestic storage
