extensions and renovation of an existing house known as Toolestown House, Straffan Road (R406) Maynooth, Co. Kildare W23 D9H3 (A Protected Structure) works will include the demolition of an existing non original part 2 storey/part single storey extension to the east side and rear of the existing house. Provision of a new replacement part 2 storey/part single storey east and south side of the existing house incorporating new side entrance bootroom, shower room and plant room leading to new kitchen, dining room and living room with master bedroom dressing room and ensuite with family bathroom overhead linking to main house via new double height rear access stairs.
