Development Description: modifications to existing Fab 10, 14 and 24 facilities and yards, comprising: - A 3 storey support building housing plant and equipment, sized 540 square meters and 18.5 meters high, located to the rear of Fab 10, and a sunken bund area with a roof canopy 6 meters high, housing plant and tanks in the yard area to the rear of Fab 10 sized 270 square meters and 7 meters deep and with a pipe bridge and with 2 gound level tanks. – An external equipment lift shaft sized 200 square meters and 18 meters high and a single storey chemical room extension for F10 sized 210 square meters and 9 meters high both located to the west of Fab 10. – A single storey gas cylinder storage extension sized 168 square meters and 5 meters high located to the west of Fab 10. – A single storey Water Treatment building extension with an internal mezzanine sized 300 square meters and 9 meters high located to the north of the Fab 10 Water Treatment building and a single storey energy centre extension sized 156 square meters and 9 meters high and a bunded tank enclosure located to the north of the Fab 10 energy centre. – Roof mounted equipment, a 4 meters high acoustic screen and a 4 meters high visual screen and 3 general exhaust stacks, 6.5 meters high above existing parapet located to the rear of the Fab 10 roof. – Building links located between Fab 10 and Fab 14, one elevated link sized 264 square meters, 9 meters high and 5 meters above ground; and the extension of an existing elevated pedestrian link sized 69 square meters, 9 meters high and 5 meters above ground level; and a ground level link sized 138 square meters, 9 meters high both including roof modiciations to existing single storey kitchen server; and an elevated link located between Fab 14 and Fab 24 sized 456 square meters, 9 meters high and 5 meters above ground, all housing plant and equipment. – 2 no. bunded solvent storage tanks and associated truck staging area located to the rear of Fab 14. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development for an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended) is required and full details of the proposed development and its anticipated environmental impacts will be notified to the Environmental Protection Agency.
