retaining a temporary single classroom as constructed in lieu of previously permitted temporary classrooms under planning file 06/129 and the construction of a temporary classroom, additional car-parking spaces + all ancillary site works
1) The erection and subsequent dismantling of a two storey temporary school building and associated site development works including new connections to existing public services; 2) The demolition of the existing school buildings and ancillary structures; 3) The construction of a new two storey school building, all associated hard and soft landscaping, play areas, ball courts, car parking areas, public set down areas, covered bicycle stands, boundary fencing and gates, ball court fencing, gaa pitch ball nets, building mounted signage and all associated site development works including foul, surface water drainage, rainwater harvesting work, watermain layout and the diversion of the existing combined sewer taversing the site
the addition of a single storey Special Education Needs Unit extension (area 460m2) to the new school building, this is an amendment to the previously submitted planning application ref 15/908 which was granted in August 2016. Development will include associated site and landscaping works including a Safe Play area, the addition of 6no. car parking spaces, and the proposed demolition of an existing shed (area 37m2)
