continuation of the use of the site for sports and recreational purposes as previously permitted under planning re. reference 06/2029 which granted permission for the replacement of the existing GAA pitch with new athletics track and pitch, the replacement of athletics track with two no. full size soccer pitches, six no. six-a-side soccer pitches with 3.65m high rigid mesh perimeter fencing and 16 no. 12m high flood lights
