1. Removal of existing two storey extension and return to the rear and formation of extensions to the rear and side of the existing house providing 68sqm additional floor space at ground floor and 47sqm at first floor level with formation of openings at ground and first floor level and alterations to the existing structure to connect to the new extensions. 2. Removal of existing stairs to the central hallway and formation of new landing balustrade. 3. Strip out of existing bathrooms and kitchen. 4. Provision of one new roof light to the existing main roof. 5. Provision of an additional sash window to the front sitting room. 6. Refurbishment of the existing glazing with provision of slim pane double glazing in the existing sash windows. 7. Installation of vapour permeable insulation to the existing external walls. 8. Replacement of the existing ground level concrete floor slab with a new insulated floor. 9. Installation of a heating system, general repairs and refurbishment of the existing building fabric. 10. Replacement of the existing boundary wall to the rear and east in the immediate vicinity of the house adjacent to the adjoining National School with a new 2.6m (measured from adjoining ground level) high masonry boundary wall and a 2.4m high timber panel fence on the rear southern boundary, in addition the western boundary is to be reformed with a new 2m high timber panel fence. 11. Relocation of the existing driveway and provision of new soft and hard landscaped areas around the existing house and proposed extensions. 12. Connection of the foul drainage system into the main public sewer to the front.
