An extension to plant and equipment associated with FAB 34 located on an existing/permitted concrete slab to the rear of FAB 34. The development also comprises a modification to the proposed Boiler and Chiller Building to facilitate this development reducing its enclosed area from 22,188 square metres to 19,208 square metres. 2. The proposed equipment comprises 9 no. holding and treatment tanks located in a sealed reinforced concrete bund sized 542 square metres approximately together with associated pumps, pipe bridges and equipment. The tanks vary in height from 5 metres to 9 metres approximately. 3. The permitted (ABP Ref. Pl. 09.304672-19 / KCC Reg. Ref. 1991) two storey Boiler and Chiller Building is reduced by 2,980 square metres approximately, including modifications to the existing elevations, relocated escape stairs and miscellaneous layout modifications.
