Development Description: 3 additional solvent and waste storage tanks and a covered tanker loading/unloading structure located to the north of the existing tank farm and east of the existing Building 6 onsite and 2 additional tanker parking bays located to the south of Building 6. 3 additional roof mounted stacks and additional roof mounted plant and equipment located to south (rear) of existing Building 3C. The 3 stacks are approximately 3 metres high over the existing parapet height. The erection of a replacement stack located to the south east corner of existing Building 8. The replacement stack is approximately 28 metres tall to match existing height and approximately one metre diameter and includes an access platform approximately 6 metres high, for sampling. Minor elevational modifications to buildings 3C and 8, including an additional louvres. The works include associated road modifications, site works, minor modifications to existing services and pipebridges, and additional yard mounted plant and equipment. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development for an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003) is required.
