The extensions comprise single storey ground level extensions, being a new bay window to the living room of area c. 2.3sqm, a new rear porch of area c. 12.7sqm, and a new conservatory bay of c.6sqm to the kitchen/dining room, all together with associated siteworks and landscaping, on a site of area c. 0.73ha
