a. double sided free standing illuminated drop down gantry sign (6m X 2.2m) b. external illuminated signage above entrance canopy on north west elevation (4.4m X 1.45m) c. external illuminated signage wall mounted on south west elevation etc
for development at the existing Tesco Store, R445 (Moorefield Road), Newbridge, County Kildare (application area 0.098hectares). The proposed development is for a second access/egress to the Tesco Store at the south western corner of the existing Tesco Carpark comprising of (a) works to the R445 (Moorefield Road) to facilitate a right turn lane into the Tesco Store at the proposed access/egress; (b) a left out only exit; (c) pedestrian crossing facilities across the proposed access, reflectorised bollards (on the R445), traffic separator island at the proposed access and; (d) all associated ancillary road signage, road markings and site development works
Relocation of the café area to the front of the store and adjacent to the store entrance, with the former café area reverting to retail use. Planning permission is also sought for associated signage, minor elevational changes and all ancillary site works and site services
