Alterations and additions to an existing detached 2-storey cottage, comprising the renovation of the existing cottage and ancillary single storey structure to gable end, including alterations to existing window openings to the front at ground floor level, the construction of a new 2-storey extension to the rear of the existing 2-storey cottage, incorporating a new kitchen/utility area at ground floor level and a new bathroom at first floor level, together with a new single storey extension to the rear of the ancillary single storey structure incorporating a new main entrance hall and master bedroom area.
