Creation of an internal one-way traffic system with separate vehicular entrance and exit points at existing accesses into site. 5. Creation of pedestrian plaza between existing and proposed accommodation blocks, consisting of hard and soft landscaping proposals including green amenity areas. 6. All public lighting. 7. Connection to the adjoining public watermains, public foul sewer network and adjoining public storm water network including the installation of storm water attenuation tanks. 8.
