for development which will consist of a two storey extension to the South East providing 20 new bedrooms with en-suites to ground and lower ground floor. Proposed Sluice rooms, cleaning stores, storage rooms, Boiler/plant rooms. Two number staircases with one passenger lift serving both ground and lower ground floors. Proposed communal residence area inclusive of support area tea station and accessible toilets to the existing internal lower ground floor area. Demolition and alterations of an existing single storey storage shed to the south elevation along with existing single storey residence dining area located on the east elevation. Minor internal alterations to existing ground floor internal rooms to accommodate proposed extension. Proposed new single storey building to include laundry room, bin store and oil tank and bund.
