The works also include modifications to site works, underground utilities, roof mounted equipment and site lighting and a louvred screen wall approximately 85 metres in length, as an extension to the existing 8.5-metre-high elevational screen located on top of the Boundary wall to the rear of the Boiler and Chiller Building. 5. Erection of 2 no. ground level, illuminated monument signs at the main east and west vehicular entrances to the site from the R148. Both signs are 1.5 metres high and 2.4 metres wide approximately. 6. Illumination (internally) of 1 no. replacement building sign to the south elevation of the IR6 Building. The sign is 1.4 metres high and 3.3 metres wide approximately and is mounted so that the top of the sign is approximately 0.5 metres below for the parapet level of IR6.
