Change of use of three existing single storey retail units, and part of the fourth retail unit, to use as a crèche and building an additional 44sqm single storey extension to the eastern elevation. Total area for crèche use 174.2sqm. The application also includes changing the use of a section of the existing carpark to an enclosed outdoor play area for exclusive use by the crèche. The remaining 30sqm of the existing fourth retail unit will stay as retail use. The application includes refurbishment of the existing building, signage and all necessary elevational changes in addition to all associated and ancillary, site, drainage and ground works for the building, all to the rear of Dowling’s Pub
to extend a previously approved planning grant for my crèche (Planning Reference 16/214). this further extension to the approved crèche will add 5.7sq.m at ground floor level and a second floor level to the building of 133sq.m. in area. The proposed works include removing the existing mono pitch roof and its replacement with new pitched roof as well as some minor internal layout and elevational changes in addition to all associated and ancillary site drainage and ground works for the building, all to the rear
