PROTECTED STRUCTURE - (1) the erection of a single storey glazed rear porch on a raised stone plinth attached to the south facing façade of the 1960's north wing; (2) the reconfiguration of the existing landscaped patio including access ramp, & (3) all associated site & landscape development to accommodate new development
(1) the demolition of an existing two storey 20th century wing which contains an en-suite bathroom, powder room & guest accommodation; (2) the demolition of internal partition walls and forming new opes in the existing kitchen, family room & lobby area (1960's wing); (3) internal alterations to the existing kitchen, family bathroom & utility room to provide an internal passenger lift; (4) the erection of a new two storey over (part) basement orangery structure providing (a) an orangery space at ground floor level, (b) a wardrobe & bathroom at first floor level & (c) a plant room at basement level; (5) a new basement light well/fire escape stairs to the north of the house with minor alterations to the north elevation (1960's wing); (6) a stone podium terrace with steps & external platform lift to the rear (west) of the house; (7) landscaped gardens to the south & north of the house; (8) the reinstatement of part of a stone boundary wall along the public road R413; (9) all site development works including a new soakaway to accommodate the new development
