of an existing replica flagpole telecommunications structure (previously granted permission under reference 11/10) with associated equipment on the roof of Henry Gratton's Public House
for retention of a 8m replica flagpole containing 1 no. dish, 3 antennas and associated equipment on the roof which forms part of the applicants 3G telecommunications network. This was previously granted under planning reference 04/414
the erection of a freestanding sign approximately 4 metres high and internally illuminated to replace the existing sign to the north of the site near the Maynooth Road entrance. Permission is also being sought for the construction of a single storey extension and partial change of use of the existing bungalow to the west of the public house from storage to a funeral home and a betting shop. Retention permission is being sought for the construction of an extension to the south-west of the building adjacent to the bar entrance
an extension to the previously approved betting shop (planning reference 14/88) and new shop front, new external door to the drinks store on the south elevation, internal alterations and all ancillary siteworks
