Development Description: Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. No. 17/1187 - an infill development of two residential blocks (22 no. apartments in total) within the curtilage of Craddockstown Court Apartments. Both new blocks (Block E and Block F) will be four storeys in height and included 11 no. apartments (i.e. 3 x 1 bedroom and 8 x 2 bedroom apartments) in each block. This will bring the total number of apartments on site to 69. A basement level to Block F is proposed to provide for car parking, cycle storage and a bin store.
