development consequent to the provisions of Section 261 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000. The section 261 Registration Number of the subject site is Kildare County Council QY/19. The development consists of the continuation of extraction from the existing quarry void. The total site area of the quarry is 38.2 hectares. This planning application is accompanied by and EIS statement.

Operation of a construction and demolition (C&D) waste recycling facility within an area of a sand and gravel pit previously granted permission for the manufacture of concrete products. The application covers an area of approximately 2.3 hectares. The facility will recycle up to 50,000 tonnes per annum of construction and demolition waste.
