Internal alterations to have the property redefined as “ dormer bungalow” with habitable rooms in attic; a new single storey link lobby to the building described under Planning Ref:96/1031 as “office stores” and its conversion to parent accommodation( granny flat); building up of the existing vehicular entrance and construction of a new relocated splayed gated entrance from the public road.
