The retention of (a) an unauthorized 214 sq.m single storey lean- to extension to the rear south elevation of the existing building and (b) the retention of minor alterations of additional opes and canopy on each of the four elevations as granted in Planning Permissions Ref: 95/1668, 96/1455,96/1813,96/1836 and 97/54 and (c) planning permission for the construction of a new 2,426 sq. m extension on 3 floors to the West elevation and (d) the subdivision of the building into 2 no. tenancies providing a new overall floor area including the existing, of 13,290 sq.m with the 1st unit total floor area 5,599 sq.m. having 2,227 sq.m. of office and 3,372 sq.m. of warehouse / production space and the 2nd unit total floor area of 7,691 sq.m. having 100sq.m. of office and 7,591 sq.m. of warehouse/ production space and (e) an additional 80 no. car parking spaces to that granted in Planning permissions ref no. 95/1668 and 96/1455; providing a new total of 140.
