Permission for development that will consist of: internal reconfiguration & change of use of existing accommodation at levels 3 & 4 (formally office space) to leisure / entertainment uses (such as leisure facility, gym or family entertainment centre) & associated ancillary accommodation (c.679m² gross floor area). The development also involves minor revisions to internal circulation areas & reconfiguration of existing shop unit at level 2 to accommodate new lift to levels 3 & 4.
Permission for: (a) Extension of unit 7 - 9 (3.1m2) and alterations to shop front; (b) Alterations to unit 8 shop front; (c) Extension of unit 10 (7.5m2) and alterations to shop front; (d) Alterations to unit 11 shop front; (e) Extension of unit 12 (3.7m2) and alterations to shop front; (f) Extension of unit 14 (2.2m2) and alterations to shop front; and (g) Amalgamation of extended units 12 and 14, all to the interior of existing shopping centre.
Permission for revisions to the existing building to provide an emergency escape stairs and route from Level 1 (car park) to Level 3 (cinema) resulting in an additional 104.7sqm. Revisions at Level 1 also include the reconfiguration and provision of a new bin store (37.2sqm) resulting in the loss of 2 no. car parking spaces. Permission is also sought for all associated site and development works.
Permission for the widening of an existing vehicular entrance and gates with provision of a new seperate pedestrian access and gate.
