Extension of Duration of planning permission 06/1720 which consists of (P)141 two and three storey houses, a two and three storey block of 9 apartments and a creche buildings. The proposal consists 44 no. 4 bed, 79 no. 3 bed and 27 no. 2 bedroom houses and 9 no. 2 bedroom apartments with associated landscaping and boundary treatments, siteworks including a pump station, a new vehicular entrance and car parking at a site
The development will consist of 51 no. dwellings in terraced, semi-detached and detached format and will range in height from 1-2 no. storeys. The development will also provide for all associated site development works, internal access roads, car parking, footpaths, cycle paths, open space, public lighting, landscaping, services and boundary treatments. Vehicular access to the development is proposed via a new access point off the Dublin Road (R132).
Permission for the replacement of 18 no. two storey semi-detached and terraced dwellings, permitted under planning ref. no. 18/600, with 40 no. dwellings in apartment/duplex form accommodated in 5 no. three storey buildings (each consisting of 4 no. ground floor apartments and 4 no. duplex dwellings over first/second floor levels) and consequential alterations to the site layout plan including: public & communal open spaces, bin storage, car parking, and all associated site development works
