Alterations to consist of a reduction in the gross internal floor area of the proposed discount foodstore, from 1730.6 sq.m to 1644.8 sq.m, a change to the site layout & parking & provision of 2 new pedestrian entrances, a change of use from a discount food store to a Licensed Discount Food Store.

Single storey extension with a flat roof & located to the front of the existing store & will be finished with materials consistent with the existing store. The proposed dev. also comprises an enclosed plant area adjoining the proposed extension, internal modifications/connections to the existing store & all assoc. works. Relocate existing car parking spaces, connection to existing services on site with all ancillary site dev. works.
Permission for development will consist of a) the provision of 3 no externally illuminated building mounted "billboards" poster signs along the east elevation of the existing building b) the provision of a freestanding externally illuminated double sided "billboard" poster sign along the north west boundary of the site , together with all associated site works
Permission for development consisting of the construction of a new discount foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales on an overall site measuring 0.87 hectares. The proposed development comprises: 1) The demolition of existing single storey licensed discount foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales measuring 1,778 sqm gross floor space with a net retail sales area of 1,286 sqm, 2) The construction of a two storey mono-pitch licensed discount foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales measuring 2,834 sqm gross floor space with a net sales area of 1,685 sqm, 3) Redevelopment and reconfiguration of existing car park to provide 158 no. parking space (and 10 no. bicycle parking spaces), 4) The proposed development is to be accessed via existing pedestrian and vehicular accesses on the Industrial Estate Access Road, with the existing pedestrian access along Donore Road to be replaced with a relocated ramped access, and will be serviced via existing infrastructure connections, and 5) Provision of associated free standing and building mounted signage, free standing trolly bay and enclosure, refrigeration and air conditioning plant and equipment, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and all other associated ancillary works above and below ground level.
Retention permission and completion of ongoing development consisting of amendments to planning permission reference 15/716 (relating to the construction of a new licenced discount foodstore). The proposed development comprises 1)The extension of site area to 1.18 hectares; 2) reconfirguration and extension of permitted car park to provide 181 no. parking spaces; 3) relocation of permitted pedestrian entrance on Donore Road; 4) Installation of plant/equipment to roof of delivery / loading bay; and 5) associated and ancillary revisions to permitted hard and soft landscaping and boudaries and boundary treatments, and all other associated and ancillary modifications to 15/716 above and below ground level.
