for the demolition of one dwelling and the construction of five 2 storey detached dwellings together with associated site development works, services and landscaping
Permission for provision of a single level Tesco supermarket plus mezzanine floor (3340m2gross), to include food floorspace (1503m2net); and non-food floorspace (560m2net); an off-licence; and all ancillary areas including storage; unloading area; offices/back of house and staff areas; service yard; and, delivery areas. The development will provide for a surface level car park of 256 no. car parking spaces incorporating 14 no. mobility impaired spaces and 10 no. parent & toddler spaces; cycle stands; all signage and totem; trolley bays; and recycling facilities. Proposed works include all internal and external vehicular and pedestrian arrangements, including access and egress provisions via new 3-arm roundabout with associated traffic calming features along the N2; 'entrance' only access to service yard from N2; all associated pedestrian facilities and footpaths including zebra crossing with blisha beacons on the N2 and signalised pedestrian crossing at main entrance. Works will also include an ESB substation and switchroom; combined cooling heating power unit and pump; sprinkler tank and pump house; all ancillary infrastructure; boundary treatments and landscaping measures; and all associated site works.
