Development Description:
Proposed Amalgamation of 3 No Shop Units 180sq.m, 313sq.m, and 261sq.m, the associated change of use from Mall to Retail of 54sq. m, and the change of use from ancillary to Retail of 6.5sq.m, to create a single Retail unit of 830.6 sq.m
Permission for development that will consist of: internal reconfiguration & change of use of existing accommodation at levels 3 & 4 (formally office space) to leisure / entertainment uses (such as leisure facility, gym or family entertainment centre) & associated ancillary accommodation (c.679m² gross floor area). The development also involves minor revisions to internal circulation areas & reconfiguration of existing shop unit at level 2 to accommodate new lift to levels 3 & 4.
Permission for modifications to previously permitted development (ref: 16/56) including new canopy over entrance and revised signage at the West Street entance of Drogheda Town Centre.
