Permission for development that consists of the amalgamation of 2 no. shop units at level 2, (Units 3 & 4) to create a single retail unit (501m²) & associated site & development works. Permission is sought for the unrestricted sale of either convenience or comparison goods from the proposed unit
Permission for modifications to previously permitted development (ref: 16/56) including new canopy over entrance and revised signage at the West Street entance of Drogheda Town Centre.
