The development shall consist of revisions to previously granted planning permission Ref. no.14/450 and 16/363 comprising of alterations, including revised plan, elevations and roof profile to house 'type A' for site No.29.

Permission for development to vary previously permitted development as granted under P.A. Ref. 08/650 (the appropriate period of which was extended under P.A. Ref. 13/379). The revised development will comprise the construction of 125 no. new dwellings and a single storey créche facilty. The dwellings range in height from 1.5 to 2 storeys and consist of 56 no. detached, 54 semi-detached and 15 terraced units. Each dwelling has an option for the installation of photovoltaic/solar panels on front and/or rear roof slopes. The development provides for all ancillary car parking and a set down area to serve the créche facility in addition to landscaping and boundary treatment and all associated site development works, including alterations to existing ground levels and the construction of retaining walls for the overall site. Vehicular access to the site is provided via a new access located off the existing internal estate road within the Blackrock Cove Development. ***Significant Further Information received 23/12/14***
