The development also includes security cameras, lighting, boundary treatment to include 2m high boundary fence and 1-1.5m mounding on southern boundary and all associated landscaping, plant, site and construction works on an overall site of c.2.6ha. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the propose development.
