The development will consist of: provision of a single level supermarket, plus offices/ back of house/ staff areas on mezzanine floor; total net sales areas to include food floorspace (1,079m² net) incorporating an off-licence, & non-food floorspace (825m² net); & all ancillary areas including storage; unloading area; service yard; & delivery areas. The development will provide for a surface level car park of 216 no. car parking spaces incorporating 12 no. mobility impaired spaces & 8 no. parent & toddler spaces; cycle stands; all signage & totem; trolley bays; & recycling facilities.
