development consists of the following: (1) A change of use of the existing habitable dwelling, on site, to agricultural for use as feed store and isolation unit; (2) Construction of a new two-storey dwelling as a replacement; (3) Construction of a new garage (4) A widening and upgrading of the existing gateway to the field (site) for use as the new vehicular entrance; (5) Closing up of the existing roadside vehicular access and the formation of a new pedestrian gate in it's place; (6) A new proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area; (7) and all associated site works.
