the development will consist of the following (1) to demolish a habitable dwelling house on the site and to construct a replacement two-storied dwelling house along with a detached domestic garage (2) to close up and de-commission an existing septic tank and soak pit and to install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (3) to upgrade the existing entrance onto the road to serve the new development to include entrance gates, wing walls and piers and front boundary wall (4) all ancillary site development works
To construct a two storey dwelling and detached domestic garage, as amendments to previously approved application no. 21/302, treatment plant, percolation area, upgrade existing entrance and all associated site works.
