Development Description: permission is sought for the provision of an "Airlock" enclosure of 153 sqm at the ramp of the permitted composting facility; 1 new Educational and Office building of 96 sqm and associated waste-water treatment system with percolation area; 7 car parking spaces for the building; the removal of a storage container and 3 existing portacabins on site comprising site office, canteen and toilets; a refuelling station with fuel tank incorporated on a concrete pad.
