the application site comprises an area of c. 3.8 hectares. Permission is sought for the construction of a workshop/maintenance building, extension to the outdoor concrete pad to allow for an additional composting area, construction of an extension to the composting building to include one additional in-vessel composting tunnel, and the construction of a roof over the existing biofilter.
