amendments to planning permission NT/900118. The amendments sought are a change to the wording of Condition 2 and the omission of Condition 16. Condition 2 of NT/900118 requires that two of the houses within the overall permitted scheme be used for childcare purposes. Condition 16 of NT/900118 requires details of the childcare facility to be agreed with the Planning Authority. The proposed development seeks that the wording of Condition 2 be amended to allow for a change of use of Units 83 & 84 Gort Fionnbarra, Commons Road, Navan, Co Meath from childcare use to residential use and all associated site development works

It is proposed to provide 3 vehicular access points with one off Commons Road and two off Commons Lane all accommodating pedestrian and cycling provisions through the site. Permission is also sought for all associated site works including internal roads, car-parking, drainage works, landscaping and any felling of existing trees/hedges to improve sight lines. The applications's site boundary is to include the land opposite on the junction of Commons Road/Commons Lane and permission sought to improve the road junction, public footpath, cycle provisions and boundary treatments on this site
